This modern classic has been designed sympathetically to co-exist with its neighbouring heritage-listed properties yet still retaining a point of difference. The client had specifically requested that Matea Homes needed to create a contemporary home with timeless appeal. This was achieved by incorporating a variety of materials into the home’s façade. Internally the home features spacious open plan living, extensive timber joinery with high end finishes throughout.
